Refund Policy

Expert Home Inspectors

A1 Elite Inspections values transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund Policy applies to payments made through our website for scheduling or reserving services. Payments made through the website are non-refundable once an inspection has been performed. If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment prior to the scheduled inspection time, a refund may be issued at our discretion, provided notice is given at least [24/48] hours in advance. Administrative or processing fees may be deducted from any approved refund.  If an inspection cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the client’s control, such as unsafe conditions or denied access, refunds or rescheduling will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, when approved, will be issued using the original method of payment and may take several business days to process, depending on the payment provider.
